fig. proces ukOur device is 'learning by doing'. This also goes for supporting authorities, professionals and interest groups in development and innovation processes. Our special focus is on co-operation processes of complex partnerships and the rolls and tasks of the various stakeholders. In such processes, we are particularly experienced in process architecture, analysis and design. In our view, designers should be involved from scratch, instead of hiring them only after the programme and strategy are already fixed. They can do more than just add a nice sketch.

Processes in our view deserve more attention than projects. Based on our experiences from the past few years we drew up a basic process model, displayed in the figure to the left.
